About

Mission

In 2022, after years of feeling unwell and following several acute virus', I collapsed at work. After multiple tests and several Doctors appointments informing me that my test results are normal, I was eventually diagnosed with ME / CFS. After years of not knowing, it felt like I finally had validation that I was experiencing debilitating, awful symptoms. However what I didn't realise at the time was that this was only the start of the journey.

It soon became apparent that there is very little support and guidance available for those living with chronic illness such as ME / CFS and long covid. ME/CFS research funding is almost non-existent and represents approximately 0.02% of all active awards.

After my collapse, I was completely bedbound and unable to speak due to my symptoms - I have never felt more alone. This is what sparked an idea in my mind - to offer the service that I wish I had when I was at my most ill.

Fast forward to 2026 and my healing journey has not been a linear one. However I now take care of my body, pace my energy and have learnt to say 'no'. My relationship has grown in strength, I am able to parent my two children and I can even work part time flexibly. I would have never have dreamt that life would be as it is today.

This business is centred around you - the client. The service provided can be tailored to what you need. Whether it be advice with pacing your energy, calming your nervous system, how to advocate for yourself and stop people pleasing, how to organise private prescriptions, or where to seek further support and guidance, I am here to support you.

As someone living with chronic illness, I understand that there needs to be flexibility and compassion with appointments. Sadly, there is still a lack of understanding of invisible disability such as ME / CFS and long covid, however you will be speaking to someone who has the utmost respect and compassion for what you are going through.

All appointments are conducted remotely at a time that works best for you and are tailored to your individual needs- whether you’re in bed, prefer dim lighting due to visual sensitivity, or need a quieter approach because of noise sensitivity. I understand, and I will always be guided by what feels most comfortable for you.
